ANOTHER NEX-GEN HOME HIGHLIGHT

Check out another Nex-Gen Home highlight! This is from a recent 2020 homeowner we had the privilege of replacing their windows. Our customers are new residents in Northern Colorado. and recently purchased their home. Built in the early 1910s, it is a Denver-foursquare home. When they moved into the home, the homeowners had a list of prioritized upgrades to the home. The priority of the renovation was to create a timeless-style home with a modern appeal under a specific budget.

A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS PROJECT

To accomplish their renovation objectives, the top of the list included an upgrade to the existing single pain windows. By upgrading all the windows in their home, the homeowners felt they could gain added:
  • Energy efficiency
  • Security
  • Freshened up look in the exterior of the home
They were drawn to the original aesthetics and charm to the house. And they didn’t want to devalue that charm with an out of sorts window product and replacement company. They wanted to get the renovation right the first time. So it was crucial they used the right window replacement company. Because the renovation of the window set the tone for the entire home renovation.
As their window replacement provider, we provided a maintenance-free solution that was able to cover their request:
  • We made sure to retain the wood look to keep the aesthetic charm of the home.
  • We made sure to seamlessly blend in the updated modern look with the original character of the home.
The home is now maintenance free. They also received a product that has made the homeowner more comfortable, blocking out excessive noise from the busy street they lived close by. All while renovating the modern look to level of satisfaction the homeowner was after.
