Job brief:
We are looking for a friendly Sales and In-Home Design Consultant to meet with clients who are considering Nex-Gen for their next window, door, or siding projects.
If you enjoy communicating with customers and building relationships, we would like to meet you. We are a NO PRESSURE sales company. We pride ourselves on our consultative approach when it comes to meeting with clients. To be a successful Sales and In-Home Design Consultant, you will need to thoroughly understand our products and services in order to meet with and answer any questions that the customer may have. Many of the customer meetings occur in around the Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming area so reliable transportation is a must. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a liaison with the client and Nex-Gen by providing them with exceptional customer service and product knowledge in order for the customer to make the right decision for their family and home.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge
- Meet with customers to help them make the right home improvement decision
- Make sales appointments with clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services
- Discovers how to market products to new users based on the environment and current trends
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
- Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven work experience or interest as a Sales Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Home improvement / minimal construction experience necessary
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
