Position objective:
To provide a bridge between point of sale and project completion while driving an above standard customer experience. Work hand in hand with appointed sales representatives on overcoming technical challenges on proper application. Provide high level customer support on assigned active projects. Foresee and anticipate unexpected changes that arise during the project life cycle. Ensure customer satisfaction has been achieved and close out necessary open items as needed to project completion.
Essential Functions:
Partner with assigned sales associates to provide solutions and direction prior to contract execution.
Meet with responsible sales reps on newly sold projects, vet out intended project scope and establish expectations for future steps in production.
Head off necessary changes from the original order as needed prior to the order process.
Communicate project milestones to clients on what to expect.
Assign projects accordingly to adequate installation teams.
Provide documentation of all necessary project related materials to be prepared prior to installation start date.
Perform regular project check-ins before, during and after installation process to ensure installation standards have been met.
Perform final project close out items after installation has been completed, collect all final balances if necessary, ensure all open items have been closed.
Hand off to the service department all necessary tasks that include minor trivial errors and manufacture warranty service.

based role that provides support to the production, marketing and sales team members. Specific

Answering and placing phone calls to customers, vendors and trade partners
Data entry into company CRM
Provide customers with project status updates
Proficient in MS Office Suite
